Additional description

Lower edge of a panel.The front and back are polished, the bottom is treated less thoroughly, the other sides broken off. Decoration: Below the epigraphic field, there is an image of a large leaf, above it - a small square depression.

Commentary

Two bottom lines are preserved, the last containing a dating formula. We may therefore surmise that the inscription was a decree or another official document. Artemision was the last, twelth, month of the Milesian calendar, adopted in Olbia and Tyras (April-May), cf. Vinogradov, Rusyaeva 1980, 25-38.
