Random find in 1988 by the resident of Belgorod, V.M. Kramchaninov, who handed it over to the authorities.

On the front, chipped on all sides, the center of the fragment is damaged. H. 10.5, W. 10.7

Lettering

Letters are deeply and carefully cut, apparently over ruled lines, which, however, are not visible on the stone. Small serifs on some letters. Omicron and theta slightly reduced in size. First line 0,6, second line 5,5.
