Commentary
The inscription was twice published in diplomatic transcription (Latyshev 1907, No.18; IOSPE I2 626).
1. If indeed we could read here the epithet αἰω[νι..., which was typical for Early Byzantine imperial inscriptions (cf. V 5, V 6), this would indicate the official character of the inscription.
Judging by the form of mu, the inscription is of Byzantine date.
