Alpha with straight crossbar, nu with a raised right vertical, four-bar sigma with splayed bars, round letters smaller than others; barely noticeable curving of hastae; slight flaring of the ends of hastae.

Apparatus criticus

Подчеркнутые буквы в настоящее время не видны на камне. Первые две строки имеют отсуп слева около 2 см от края плиты. ; Ἀπολλών[ιος τοῦ δ. ἐγραμματευε vel ἐβασίλευε ---] но параллели для такого дополнения отсутствуют.
2: scripsi Πασίων[ος τοῦ δ. προξενία ---] Latyshev однако на камне после Ν различимы следы вертикальной гасты от буквы (Η ?), с которой, по всей видимости, начинался патронимик. Более вероятным представляется восстановление имен эйсегетов и глагольной формы εἶπαν в конце стк.
3: Π[ασ]ί[ων] Latyshev но возможны и другие ЛИ на Πασι-.

Translation

Apollon[ios - - -] Pasion [--- proposed] Since Pa[s]i[---] sup[plied] the needs --- common [and private for those of the citizens who happen (to ask for help)…]
