Commentary
The inscription was transcribed by Latyshev at the Tsarski tumulus in 1883.
1. Line 1, in Latyshev's opinion, was cut earlier, although I think that Texts 2 and 3 were added later to Text 1. These are probably the names of people whose burials were added to the original grave. We should note that alpha with broken crossbar here occurs later than alpha with slanting crossbar.

5. The name Gennaios (here Genneos) is not known in Bosporus. This classical name is also attested in Christian epigraphy (Humann 1888, № 22 (Hierapolis in Phrygia, V–VIth century); IG XIV, 2327.
